Does the power supply come included?No. The DHI-VTH1020J needs a DC 12V power supply, which is sold separately. Add a Dahua 12V plug-pack to your order if you do not already have one.
Is this monitor IP or analog?It is a 4-wire analog monitor designed for Dahua analog villa intercom systems, not IP or 2-wire digital setups.
Can it record video?No. The VTH1020J is a live-view intercom monitor without onboard recording. For recording, choose an IP or 2-wire model with micro SD support.
Can I change the door chime?Yes. It offers multiple selectable bell sounds so you can pick the tone that suits you best.
