Returns Policy

At CCTV Guru, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at team@cctvguru.com.au with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away at team@cctvguru.com.au so we can help fix the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Mounts and brackets
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order for the item you need.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalise the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at team@cctvguru.com.au.
