Where do you dispatch your products from?
Most orders ship from our main Sydney warehouse. Depending on stock availability, some orders may instead be fulfilled from our partnered warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth — whichever gets your order to you fastest.
What is your shipping policy?
Most orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched same-day via express service. Some items may take an extra day or two if they need to be transferred from an interstate warehouse. Either way, we'll always email you a tracking number.

Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Once you've purchased, let us know your location and we'll find and share the contact details of certified installers who cover jobs near you. You'll deal with them directly from there, since they'll need to do a site visit to quote the job properly — pricing varies depending on the scope of work. As a general guide, the CCTV installation industry rate is around $200 per camera, though this can vary depending on the job.
