How Pick-Up Works
Local collection is arranged case-by-case, based on stock at your nearest warehouse.
1. Place your order online
Check out as normal — you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
2. Request pick-up
Reply to your confirmation email with the order number and let us know you'd like to collect in person.
3. We confirm our partnered warehouse
We'll check stock at your nearest location and send you the pick-up address once confirmed — please allow 1–2 hours after your order for us to prepare it for collection.
