What door stations does it work with?
The HA-IN-IP2 is an IP indoor monitor designed to pair with HiLook IP video door stations, and can also serve as an extension monitor in another room.
Can I unlock the door from my phone?
Yes. With the free Hik-Connect app you can receive video calls, talk to visitors with two-way audio and release the door from anywhere.
Does it need an internet connection?
The monitor works on your local network without internet. Internet (Wi-Fi or wired) is only needed for remote answering and unlocking on your phone.
How is it powered?
It runs on standard 802.3af PoE over a single network cable, or on a 12 VDC supply, drawing a low ≤ 5 W.
Does it have Wi-Fi?
Yes. It supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) as well as wired 10/100 Mbps Ethernet for flexible placement.
Does it record visitors?
Yes. It accepts a microSD (TF) card up to 128 GB for storing footage and visitor events.
What app does it use?
It uses Hik-Connect, Hikvision's free app for iOS and Android, for live video, two-way talk and remote door release.
