Can it run on Wi-Fi?
Yes. The VTO2311R-WP has built-in Wi-Fi, and it also supports a wired IP connection with PoE for the most reliable link.
How do visitors unlock the door?
You unlock remotely from the DMSS app or a paired Dahua indoor monitor, and residents can also use an IC card at the station.
Can I see and talk to visitors on my phone?
Yes. It supports two-way video calling through the DMSS app, plus visitor voice and video messages you can review on the indoor monitor.
Which indoor monitor does it pair with?
It pairs with Dahua IP indoor monitors (VTH series). Contact our team for a matching monitor to complete the kit.
Is this NDAA compliant?
