Does this camera have active deterrence (strobe / siren)?
No. The HDBW3867E-AS-IL is a silent Smart Dual Light surveillance camera — no red/blue strobe, no built-in siren, no voice broadcast. The warm-light LED only fires when AI confirms a human/vehicle — it's an illumination tool, not a deterrence visual.
