What is Smart Dual-Light?
The cameras use both IR and warm white light. They run on invisible IR until WizSense AI detects a person or vehicle, then switch to warm light for full-colour footage — colour evidence only when it matters, without lighting the property all night.
Why is this called 3K?
6MP sits between 1080p and 4K — commonly marketed as 3K. More detail than 1080p, lower storage than 4K.
Does a hard drive come included?
No — the NVR has one SATA bay (up to 10 TB) but ships without storage. ~2 TB gives roughly 3 weeks on motion-only for four 6MP cameras.
Can I add more cameras later?
This kit uses all 4 channels. To expand, step up to an 8-channel NVR — ask our team about an upgrade path.
Is this kit NDAA compliant?
No. Dahua products are not NDAA Section 889 compliant. If you need NDAA-compliant cameras, contact our team about Uniview, Hanwha or Axis options.
