F1.0 Super-Aperture Low Light
A 1/1.8" sensor and F1.0 super-aperture pull in colour detail down to 0.0008 lux — far more usable low-light image than a standard bullet, before Smart IR takes over in full darkness.
Active Deterrence Built In
A white-light strobe and built-in speaker let the camera flash and sound an audible warning the moment a person or vehicle crosses your line — stopping trouble instead of just recording it.
AcuSense Human & Vehicle AI
Deep-learning AcuSense classifies people and vehicles and ignores wind, rain and animals, so you get fewer false alerts and can search recordings by target type.
Two-Way Audio Talk-Down
Twin built-in microphones and a 110 dB speaker let you hear and speak to visitors or intruders live from your phone via the free Hik-Connect app.
Do these cameras see in colour at night?
The F1.0 super-aperture captures colour in very low light (down to 0.0008 lux). In full darkness the camera switches to Smart IR (up to 40 m) for clear black-and-white, and the white-light strobe fires as a deterrent when a person or vehicle is detected.
How does the active deterrence work?
When AcuSense detects a person or vehicle crossing a line or entering a zone, the camera can flash its white strobe and play an audible warning, and you can speak live through the built-in speaker via Hik-Connect.
4-Channel or 8-Channel NVR?
The 4-channel suits this two-camera kit. Pick the 8-channel if you want to add up to six more cameras later without changing the recorder.
Is a hard drive included?
No — add a surveillance-grade HDD sized to your retention (4CH takes one SATA; 8CH takes two). Message us for a sizing recommendation.
Can I talk through the cameras?
Yes — each bullet has two microphones and a speaker for two-way audio talk-down via the Hik-Connect app.
Is this kit NDAA compliant?
No. Hikvision is not NDAA Section 889 compliant, so it isn't suitable for US-federal or NDAA-restricted projects. Ask us about alternative brands if you need NDAA compliance.
