The Hikvision DS-7604NI-M1/4P is a compact 4-channel 4 PoE Network Video Recorder built around Hikvision's latest M Series platform. It records and manages up to 4 IP cameras at resolutions up to 32 MP per channel, decodes 4 × 8 MP streams simultaneously, and drives an external monitor at true 8K HDMI output — all from a small, silent 1U chassis that's perfect for Australian homes, retail counters, offices and small commercial sites.
Four built-in PoE ports power and connect your cameras over a single Cat6 run, so installation is genuinely plug-and-play. A single SATA bay accepts a surveillance-grade HDD up to 16 TB — giving you weeks of high-resolution footage on a clean, energy-efficient recorder.

The recorder ships as a chassis only. CCTV Guru can pre-fit a Seagate SkyHawk or WD Purple surveillance drive from 2 TB to 16 TB — choose your preferred capacity at checkout.
Will it work with non-Hikvision cameras?
Yes — the NVR is ONVIF compatible and works with most third-party ONVIF IP cameras. For full AcuSense smart features you'll need genuine Hikvision AcuSense-compatible cameras.
Can I view recordings on my phone?
Yes — set up Hik-Connect on iOS or Android for free remote live view, playback and motion alerts. No port forwarding required.
What cameras does it pair best with?

How many days of recording will I get?
