Frequently asked questions
Will a standard PoE switch power it?
No. This model requires the specified 36 V DC power system. Confirm the supplied adapter and installation requirements before mounting.
Is the whole 180° scene illuminated to 400 m?
No. The IR range is for the PTZ channel. The panoramic channel needs suitable ambient lighting.
Which bracket should I order?
Dahua lists specialist PFB710W-SG, PFB7320W and PFA153-SG options. Ask us to check the complete mounting arrangement rather than substituting a similar-looking standard bracket.
