The Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 puts two independently adjustable 4MP camera channels into one compact metal dome. It is designed for entrances, L-shaped façades, corridors, loading bays and other locations where two viewing directions are needed but a second camera and cable run would be inefficient. Each channel can run WizMind analytics at the same time, with 30m IR, built-in audio, local microSD recording and IP67 / IK10 protection.

Two useful views from one installation: two 4MP channels can be aimed separately to cover split approaches, frontage and side access, or opposite directions along a corridor.

WizMind analytics on both channels: use human and vehicle classification for intrusion, tripwire and fast-moving events; the camera also supports face detection, people counting, queue management, loitering, gathering, parking and abandoned / missing object events.

Why Choose a Dual-Directional Camera?
This is not a stitched 8MP panoramic stream. It is a two-channel camera with two independently positioned 4MP modules, so each direction can be aimed for the scene that matters. That makes it a strong fit when one cable route is available but the site needs coverage in two directions. Plan recorder capacity as two camera channels unless the specific NVR or VMS supports the camera's FlexStream presentation mode.

Mounting, Power and Recording
Use PoE for a single data-and-power run, or 12V DC where PoE is unavailable. For local edge recording, add a surveillance-rated microSD card; for central recording and smart search, pair the camera with a compatible Dahua AI NVR. The official accessory selection lists the PFA137 junction box, PFA106 mount adapter, PFB220C ceiling bracket, wall-mount bracket and PFA152-E pole-mount bracket. Choose the mounting method for the site rather than fitting multiple brackets together unnecessarily.
