HiLook NVR-104MH-K/4P K-Series AI 4K NVR — Australian Stock & 3-Year Warranty
The HiLook NVR-104MH-K/4P is a 4-channel 4K K-Series network video recorder with 4 built-in PoE ports and on-board AI. Its Motion Detection 2.0 engine classifies humans and vehicles so you can filter out false alarms from rain, foliage and animals, while built-in facial recognition can capture and compare faces against a library — even when your cameras don't have AI of their own.
Records up to 8 MP (4K) per channel with up to 40 Mbps incoming bandwidth and efficient H.265+ compression. Simultaneous HDMI (up to 4K) and VGA outputs drive two screens, and a single SATA bay takes a surveillance HDD up to 10 TB. View live and recorded footage anywhere via Hik-Connect or iVMS-4200. Backed by genuine Australian stock and a 3-year warranty.

K-Series AI on Every Camera
Motion Detection 2.0
On-board AI sorts genuine human and vehicle events from nuisance triggers like swaying trees, rain and passing animals — so your phone only buzzes when it matters, even with non-AI cameras.
Facial Recognition
Capture and compare faces against a face-picture library directly on the recorder, with face search to jump straight to the clips that matter.
4 Built-In PoE Ports
Connect up to four IP cameras with one cable each — the NVR supplies data and power (≤50 W total), so there's no separate switch or power supplies to buy or wire.
4K Output & H.265+
Drive a 4K display over HDMI (plus a second VGA screen) and rely on H.265+ compression to slash storage and bandwidth use by up to 75%.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many cameras can it run?Up to 4 IP cameras, each connected directly to one of the 4 built-in PoE ports.
Does it support AcuSense / AI?Yes. As a K-Series recorder it runs on-board AI — Motion Detection 2.0 (human/vehicle filtering) plus facial detection and comparison — so you get smart alerts even with non-AI cameras.
What's the total PoE budget? The 4 PoE ports share a total budget of up to 50 W, enough for four standard HiLook cameras.
What HDD size can I fit?One SATA hard drive up to 10 TB. A surveillance-grade drive is recommended; an HDD is not usually included unless stated on this page.
What's the maximum recording resolution?Up to 8 MP (4K) per channel, with H.265+ compression to keep file sizes down.
Which cameras are compatible?Any HiLook or Hikvision IP camera, plus ONVIF-compatible third-party cameras.
Does it need a separate switch? No. The 4 PoE ports supply data and power over a single cable, so no extra switch or power supplies are needed.
How do I view it remotely?Through the free Hik-Connect mobile app or the iVMS-4200 desktop client for live view, playback and notifications.
