Frequently asked questions
Which credentials does it support?M1 cards and PIN entry. Check your existing cards before ordering; not every RFID card uses M1 technology.
Does it have an Ethernet connection or LCD?No Ethernet or LCD is listed in the official specification. It uses physical buttons and an indicator, with Wiegand 26/34 output.
Is this a complete door-locking kit?No. This listing is for the terminal. Select the lock, power supply, exit button and cabling separately to suit the door.
Compatible credentials
Hikvision DS-K7M102-M MIFARE key fobs are available separately. Enrol credentials during installation.
Choose your installation accessories
The add-on options below are separate purchases, not a pre-wired kit.

Hikvision 12V DC 1A adapter: matches the terminal’s stated supply requirement. Its 2.1 mm barrel plug requires a suitable installer-provided termination/adaptor for the terminal wiring; check polarity. Do not assume it can also power an electric lock.

Hikvision DS-K7P02 exit button: dry-contact request-to-exit option; check mounting fit.

LOX ES10 electric strike: optional for suitable single-swing doors with compatible mortice or cylindrical latches. Select voltage, fail mode and a correctly sized lock supply with your installer.

4-core security cable: for suitable low-voltage circuits only. Confirm conductor count, voltage drop and environmental protection; additional cables may be required.
