No. The IUI-SOL-ICON is designed for the Solution 2000 and 3000 only. The Solution 6000 uses its own dedicated range of keypads such as the CP737B and CP155B.
How many keypads can I add to my system?
Both the Solution 2000 and 3000 support up to four keypads, so you can add a second codepad in a bedroom or garage.
Can I mix an icon and a text keypad on the same panel?
Yes. Many installs run an icon codepad in the bedroom and an IUI-SOL-TEXT alphanumeric codepad at the front door.
How is the codepad wired and powered?
It connects to the panel over the SDI2 data bus and draws 12 VDC directly from the panel — no separate power supply is required.
Can I adjust the backlight and buzzer?
