Does it record in colour at night?Yes. This is a Smart Dual-Light ColorHunter camera — it can use 30 m warm light for vivid full-colour night video, or switch to covert 30 m Smart IR for discreet black-and-white footage, automatically choosing to suit the scene.
What does "Smart Dual Light" actually do?It intelligently switches between IR (covert mono) and warm white light (full colour), and can flash the warm light as an active deterrent when AI detects a person or vehicle.
Is the IPC3616LE-ADF28KM-DL NDAA compliant?Yes. Uniview UNV cameras are NDAA Section 889 compliant, suitable for government, education, healthcare and enterprise sites across Australia.
How wide is the 2.8 mm lens?It delivers a 102.7° horizontal field of view — wide enough to cover a double driveway, a small shop floor or a residential side passage from one mounting point.
