No. The TC71 is designed for indoor use only and does not have an IP weather resistance rating. For outdoor monitoring, consider the Tapo C310 or C320WS, which are rated for outdoor environments.

No subscription is required for basic use. The TC71 supports local storage via a microSD card (up to 512 GB, sold separately). Tapo Care cloud storage is available as an optional paid subscription for remote video history access.
What Wi-Fi frequency does the TC71 support?
