Pre-Paired, Plug & Play
The two bridges come preconfigured as a matched pair with Omada SmartBridging — power them on and they auto-pair instantly, no portal login or manual channel setup. LED signal indicators and app-guided alignment make aiming and speed-testing quick.
Long-Range 5 GHz Link
Delivers up to 867 Mbps over a 5 GHz point-to-point link reaching up to 1 km line-of-sight, with 2×2 MU-MIMO and internal 10 dBi dual-polarised directional antennas for a stable, high-throughput backhaul.
Built for the Outdoors
An IP65 weatherproof enclosure, 6 kV lightning protection, wind resistance and a −40 °C to 70 °C operating range keep the link running through harsh Australian conditions, year-round.
PtMP & Omada Management
Connect up to four remote bridges to one hub (1-to-4 PtMP) for distributed cameras and buildings. Three Gigabit ports feed cameras or switches directly, and you can manage locally or centrally through Omada SDN (cloud, hardware or software controller).
How many units are in the kit?
Two — a matched, pre-paired pair of EAP211-Bridge units that auto-connect out of the box for an instant point-to-point link.
How far apart can the two ends be?
Up to 1 km with clear line-of-sight. Obstructions, trees and weather reduce range, so aim for an unobstructed path between the two bridges.
Do I need an Omada controller?
No. It works standalone via the Omada app or local Web UI. A controller is only needed for centralised Omada SDN cloud management across multiple sites.
Can I connect more than two locations?
Yes. It supports PtMP up to 1-to-4, so one hub bridge can link to up to four remote bridges for distributed cameras or buildings.
How is it powered?
By 802.3af PoE, the included 24 V passive PoE adapter, or 12 V DC — and it's compatible with the TP-Link solar power supply system for off-grid sites.
Is it suitable for permanent outdoor use?
Yes — IP65-rated with 6 kV lightning protection, wind resistance and a −40 °C to 70 °C range. Note the included passive PoE adapter is for dry indoor use only.
Is it covered by warranty in Australia?
Yes — 3-year Australian warranty with local CCTV Guru tech support.
