Choose the lens to suit the job: the 2.8–12 mm model gives a wider adjustable view with up to 30 m IR, while the 8–32 mm model is designed for tighter, longer-range views with up to 50 m IR. Zoom and focus can be adjusted remotely during commissioning.

- This is an indoor DeepinView camera; choose an outdoor-rated Hikvision model for exposed external locations.
- Analytics performance depends on correct mounting height, angle, scene lighting and configuration. Professional commissioning is recommended for queue, face and people-counting applications.
- A compatible recorder, PoE network and/or Hikvision management software may be required depending on the features you want to use.
- MicroSD card and 12 VDC/24 VAC power supplies are not included unless stated separately.

Which lens should I choose?
Choose 2.8–12 mm when you need a wider adjustable view across an entrance, foyer or shop floor. Choose 8–32 mm when the subject is farther away and you need a narrower view with more reach.
Does it record colour at night?
It uses infrared for night viewing, so very low-light and night footage will normally switch to monochrome. This is not a white-light ColorVu camera.
Can it count people and monitor queues?
Yes. DeepinView analytics include attribute-based people counting and queue management. Accurate results depend on suitable positioning and configuration.
Can I adjust the lens remotely?
Yes. Both lens options are motorised, with remote zoom and focus to simplify commissioning.
