Dahua DH-AC-PFB203W Waterproof Wall Mount Bracket — White (PFB203W) & Black (PFB203W-B)
The Dahua DH-AC-PFB203W is the factory waterproof wall mount bracket engineered for Dahua's dome, turret and eyeball cameras — the bracket Australian installers reach for whenever an IPC-HDW or IPC-HDBW camera needs to be wall-mounted on render, brick, weatherboard, fibre cement or Colorbond instead of soffit-mounted to a ceiling. Available in both White (DH-AC-PFB203W) and Black (DH-AC-PFB203W-B) to colour-match the camera body, the bracket is built from a single-piece aluminium & SECC steel housing with an internal cable channel, a rubber gasket entry seal and a powder-coat finish rated for Australian sun and salt-air exposure.
Dimensions are 160 × 122 × 76 mm, net weight is just 0.5 kg, the assembly is load-rated to 1 kg (2.2 lb) of camera mass — comfortably covering every Dahua turret and dome in the WizSense and Lite line-ups — and the operating temperature window of −40 °C to +60 °C handles every Australian climate from a Hobart winter to a Karratha summer. Each bracket ships with three M4 machine screws, four ST4 self-tappers, four plastic anchors and a hex wrench, ready for fitment on the first ladder trip.

Why Choose the Dahua DH-AC-PFB203W for Your Wall-Mounted Camera
Mounting a dome or turret straight onto a wall with the factory ceiling base looks rough, leaves the cable exposed, and almost always leaks water. The PFB203W is the cleaner, weather-tight answer — it lifts the camera off the wall, gives the lens an unobstructed downward view, hides the cable inside an internal channel and seals the entry hole with a rubber gasket. For Australian installers, this is the bracket that turns a quick fit-off into a job you'd be happy to photograph for your portfolio — and one that won't come back as a warranty call after the first Sydney southerly.
Genuine Dahua Engineering — Not a Generic Knock-Off
The mounting hole pattern matches the Dahua HDW & HDBW dome/turret base exactly. The bracket ships with the correct M4 machine screws for the camera, the correct ST4 self-tappers for the wall, and an Allen wrench — no rummaging in the van for the right thread pitch.
White or Black to Match the Camera
The standard White PFB203W matches every Dahua white-housing turret and dome. The Black PFB203W-B colour-matches the BLK variants of the TiOC range (e.g. HDW3849H-AS-PV-ANZ-S2 Black) and disappears against dark-render walls, charcoal Colorbond or stained timber.
Internal Cable Channel & Rubber Gasket
The camera tail-cable runs cleanly through the bracket arm and out the wall entry — no exposed RJ45 loop, no UV cracking, and the rubber gasket at the wall-entry hole keeps wind-driven rain out of your wall cavity.
Aluminium & SECC Steel — Built for the Australian Climate
The arm is cast aluminium (light, won't rust) and the base-plate is SECC galvanised steel (rigid, hard-wearing). The powder-coat finish handles UV, salt-air and the daily expansion/contraction cycle on a north-facing brick wall in Perth or Brisbane.
Compact 160 × 122 × 76 mm Footprint
Just over six inches deep — close enough to the wall to look discreet, far enough off the surface that the camera's IR doesn't bounce off the render at night and wash out the image.
Load-Rated for the Full Dahua Dome/Turret Range
1 kg load rating covers every Dahua eyeball, turret, mini-dome and small box camera (most weigh 350–700 g). Don't use it for full-size PTZs or thermal cameras — those need a heavier bracket.
Official Dahua Installation Tutorial
Dahua's factory installation walk-through for the PFB203W — covers the wall-mount sequence, cable entry, gasket fitment and the three-screw camera attachment using the included wrench. Worth a 4-minute watch before the first install.
White PFB203W vs Black PFB203W-B — Which Should You Choose?
Mechanically and electrically, the two variants are identical — same bracket, same load rating, same screws in the box, same datasheet. The only difference is the finish colour. Use the table below to choose the right SKU for the wall and the camera you're mounting.
DH-AC-PFB203W (White) vs DH-AC-PFB203W-B (Black)
Installer tip: always pair the bracket colour to the camera body, not the wall. A white camera in a black bracket on a dark wall reads as visually broken; a black camera in a black bracket on the same wall disappears. The wall colour drives the camera choice; the camera colour drives the bracket choice.
Compatible Dahua Cameras
The PFB203W is the official wall-mount accessory for the bulk of Dahua's eyeball turret, mini-dome (HDBW), and selected compact box camera ranges sold in Australia. The list below is drawn directly from the Dahua Camera Accessories Selection guide; if your camera isn't shown but appears as an HDW/HDBW model with a circular base ~122 mm diameter, it's almost certainly supported. (If in doubt, message our Australian team with the model number — we'll confirm before you order.)

Installation Overview — From Box to Powered Up
The PFB203W is one of the fastest brackets in the Dahua catalogue to fit — most installers have it on the wall and the camera powered up inside 10 minutes. The high-level sequence is below; the official video at the top of this page walks the exact procedure.
1. Mark & Drill the Wall Pattern
Use the bracket's base-plate as the drilling template. Three or four ST4 self-tappers (supplied) into plastic anchors (also supplied) hold it on render, brick or fibre cement. For Colorbond or timber, drive the self-tappers direct into the substrate — no anchor needed.
2. Run the Cable Through the Arm
Push the camera tail (RJ45 head + power if used) up through the bracket arm before bolting the base-plate to the wall — easier than threading after. The rubber gasket seats around the cable as it enters the wall hole, keeping wind-driven rain out of the cavity.
3. Bolt the Bracket to the Wall
Tighten the four ST4 screws. Test the bracket is rigid before mounting the camera — a flex now means a flex with a camera on it.
4. Attach the Camera with 3 × M4 Screws
Line up the camera's circular base on the bracket head, drive the three M4 machine screws (supplied) with the included hex wrench. The wrench is small — clip it to your tool tray, it's the only tool that fits the recess.
5. Plug In & Power Up
Connect the RJ45 to the PoE switch or injector, the camera boots inside 30 seconds. Aim the gimbal with the camera live (using your phone or test monitor) before locking the bracket head.
6. Final Aesthetic Pass
Silicone-bead the perimeter of the base-plate against the wall on outdoor installs — it's belt-and-braces over the gasket and gives a clean, water-tight finish that survives the next 10 years of weather.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the PFB203W actually waterproof, and to what rating?
The bracket itself is not assigned an IP code (it's a passive mounting accessory, not a sealed enclosure), but the cable-entry hole is fitted with a rubber gasket that seals the wall penetration against wind-driven rain — the same gasket Dahua uses on its IP66/IP67 cameras. With the gasket fitted correctly and a silicone bead around the base-plate, you have a fully water-tight outdoor install.
Is the white bracket the same as the black bracket — just painted?
Yes. Same casting, same load rating, same mounting pattern, same datasheet, same screw kit. The only difference is the powder-coat colour. Choose by camera body colour, not by spec.
What's the maximum camera weight I can mount?
1 kg (2.2 lb). That comfortably covers every Dahua eyeball turret, every mini-dome, and most compact box cameras (350–700 g). Don't use it for PTZs, thermal cameras, or anything over 1 kg — those need a heavier bracket like the PFB220C or PFA152-E.
Does this fit Dahua bullet cameras (HFW series)?
No. Bullets have an integrated arm and don't use a separate wall-mount bracket — they bolt directly to the wall or to a junction box like the PFA130-E. The PFB203W is for cameras with a round base (HDW turrets, HDBW mini-domes).
Will it fit a Hikvision turret or eyeball camera?
Mechanically, no. The PFB203W's three-screw mounting pattern is sized for the Dahua HDW / HDBW base. Hikvision use a different bolt circle. For a Hikvision turret on a wall, use the Hikvision DS-1273ZJ-130-TRL or equivalent.
Can I mount it on a fence post or pole?
The PFB203W is designed for flat walls only. For pole, gutter or corner mounting, pair the PFB203W with a Dahua PFA152-E pole adapter, or use a dedicated pole-mount accessory.
Will the cable be hidden, or does it run on the outside?
Hidden. The arm is hollow with an internal channel — the camera tail-cable runs up through the arm and out the wall entry, with no exposed cable run.
Does it ship with screws and anchors?
Yes. Each PFB203W ships with 3 × M4 machine screws for the camera, 4 × ST4 self-tappers + 4 × plastic anchors for the wall, and a hex wrench for the M4 screws. You won't need anything extra unless the wall substrate calls for masonry anchors of a different size.
Is it compatible with the Black BLK variants of the Dahua TiOC range?
Yes — and that's exactly when you'd specify the Black PFB203W-B. The black bracket colour-matches the BLK / Black-body TiOC turrets (HDW3849H-AS-PV-ANZ-S2 Black, for example) for a seamless installed look against dark walls.
Will it handle Australian sun and salt-air?
Yes. The aluminium arm doesn't rust, the SECC steel base-plate is galvanised, and the powder-coat finish is UV-stable. The operating temperature is rated to +60 °C, well above any roof-mounted Australian summer day. For coastal sites (within 1 km of the surf), we still recommend an annual freshwater rinse to extend the powder-coat life — same advice we give for the camera itself.
What is the warranty and where is it serviced?
The bracket ships with a 3-year Australian warranty against material and finish defects, serviced back-to-base through CCTV Guru. Damage from over-tightening, drop, or installation error is excluded — standard for any mechanical accessory.
Do you ship Australia-wide and is stock genuine?
Yes — Australian stock from authorised Dahua Australia channels (not parallel imports). We dispatch the same business day for orders placed before 2 pm AEST to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, Darwin and every regional address in between.
