Important Install Note
The 2.8 mm fixed wide lens cannot be zoomed — choose mounting height carefully (3–4 m is typical) so subjects fill the frame rather than getting lost in the wide field. AcuPick attribute search delivers its full benefit only when paired with a matching Dahua WizSense AI NVR; standalone playback works fine but loses the attribute-filter shortcuts. Under Australian state surveillance laws, recording audio with the built-in mic generally requires clear signage informing visitors — check your state legislation before enabling. For long external cable runs or rooftop installs, add network surge protection at the head-end to protect both the camera and your switch.
