Four Cameras in One — The MultiView Advantage

Traditional multi-point coverage requires running four separate cable home-runs, four IP addresses, four NVR channels configured individually, four sets of mounting hardware and — when something goes wrong — four service callouts. The IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 collapses all of that into a single PoE++ cable, a single IP address and a single mounting point. The four lenses sit on an internal rail system that allows each to be independently adjusted across a full 360° pan, 0–90° tilt and full rotation during installation, then locked in position. After installation, zoom and autofocus are controlled remotely via the NVR or UNV-Link app — no trades visit required to refine the framing.

1 IP Address · 4 Channels All four lenses share one IP address on your network, but each presents as a separate Remote Camera ID on your NVR — plug-and-play setup with any Uniview NVR and most ONVIF recorders.
360° Scene Coverage With four independently aimed lenses, a single ceiling mount can simultaneously cover every corridor, all four corners of a room, or an entire carpark intersection — no blind spots.
Single PoE++ Cable Run IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ delivers up to 90W through one Cat6 cable — powering all four sensors, IR illuminators and electronics without any additional power supply or junction box.
Independent Per-Channel Analytics Each of the four channels can run a different AI function simultaneously — cross line on channel 1, intrusion detection on channel 2, people counting on channel 3, and tamper detection on channel 4.
Motorised 5× Optical Zoom (each lens) The 2.7–13.5 mm motorised varifocal lens on each sensor provides 5× optical zoom, adjustable remotely — wide enough to cover a full room at 2.7 mm, tight enough to identify faces at distance at 13.5 mm.
Significant Labour & Cost Savings Four separate cameras require four cable runs, four mounting brackets, four NVR licences and four times the ongoing maintenance. The IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 eliminates all of that with a single install.

LightHunter × Wise-ISP — Exceptional Low-Light on Every Channel

Each of the four sensors in the IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 is a full 1/2.7" LightHunter CMOS, achieving 0.001 Lux minimum illumination — producing vivid, full-colour footage in near-total darkness. This is complemented by Uniview's Wise-ISP (Wise Image Signal Processing) engine, which applies intelligent scene analysis to suppress noise, reduce motion blur and maintain colour accuracy as lighting changes throughout the day and night. The result is four channels of exceptional image quality that remains consistent whether the scene is brightly lit, in mixed light, or virtually dark.

0.001 Lux Per Channel Each 5MP sensor achieves 0.001 Lux minimum illumination — producing usable colour footage in conditions that would reduce a standard camera to grainy black-and-white.
130 dB True WDR Industry-leading dynamic range handles extreme contrast scenes — vehicle headlights against dark backgrounds, bright sunlit entrances, and mixed indoor/outdoor lighting — on all four channels simultaneously.
50 m Smart IR (per lens) Each lens has dedicated Smart IR illuminators that automatically adjust intensity at close range to prevent overexposure while maintaining illumination at 50 m — giving 200 m of combined IR reach across the four channels.
Wise-ISP Processing Uniview's Wise-ISP engine delivers intelligent adaptive image processing per-channel — reducing blur on moving objects, suppressing digital noise in low light, and maintaining true colour reproduction throughout the day.
2D/3D Digital Noise Reduction Combined DNR across all four channels keeps recordings clean and file sizes manageable even in challenging lighting — reducing storage pressure on connected NVRs.
HLC / BLC / Digital Defog Highlight compensation, backlight compensation and digital defog are independently configurable per channel — each lens can be optimised for its specific viewing direction and lighting environment.

Per-Channel AI Analytics — Different Functions Running Simultaneously

One of the most powerful aspects of the IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 is its ability to run different AI analytics functions on each channel at the same time. Channel 1 might run people counting at the entrance, channel 2 intrusion detection in the stockroom, channel 3 cross line at the loading dock, and channel 4 crowd density monitoring in the main hall — all from a single device, with no additional processing hardware required.

Smart Intrusion Prevention Cross line, intrusion, enter area and leave area detection per channel, with AI classification filtering out birds, leaves and lights — triggering only on verified humans, vehicles and non-motor vehicles.
People Counting & Crowd Density Track foot traffic flow and set occupancy alerts on a per-channel basis — enabling real-time monitoring of multiple zones from a single camera.
Motion & Ultra Motion Detection Standard motion detection and advanced Ultra Motion Detection available per channel for scenarios where AI classification is not required — maximising flexibility across different zones.
Tamper & Audio Detection Per-channel tampering alerts trigger if any individual lens is obscured or repositioned. Audio detection is available across all channels via the built-in microphones.

Pro-Grade Construction for Demanding Environments

The IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 is a professional-series product and its physical construction reflects that. The housing weighs approximately 5 kg, is constructed primarily from metal, and carries IP67 weatherproof and IK10 vandal-resistant ratings — making it equally suitable for indoor ceiling mounts in retail environments and exposed outdoor installs on building perimeters. The wide −30°C to +60°C operating range covers every Australian climate from alpine to tropical.

IP67 Weatherproof Complete protection against dust ingress and sustained water exposure — suitable for covered outdoor mounting on building soffits, canopies and entry porticos.
IK10 Vandal Resistant The highest standardised impact protection rating — the reinforced dome cover resists deliberate strikes and accidental impacts at the full 20-joule test level.
Built-in Microphones Factory-fitted microphones capture ambient audio across all channels — providing the critical contextual audio that silent footage cannot, without requiring any additional cabling.

Important NVR Channel Requirement

Please note: although the IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 uses a single IP address and a single cable, it occupies 4 channels on your NVR — one per sensor. Before purchasing, ensure your NVR has at least 4 available channels. The camera uses the same IP address for all four lenses, but each is assigned a different Remote Camera ID (1–4) when added to the recorder. It is compatible with Uniview Pro and Prime series NVRs, as well as any ONVIF Profile S/G/T/M recorder with sufficient channel capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this camera really replace four separate cameras? For most installations, yes. Each of the four 5MP sensors is a fully independent, full-featured channel with its own IR illumination, AI analytics and motorised zoom lens. The main consideration is that each lens still occupies one NVR channel — so you need 4 free channels on your recorder, even though only one cable is run to the camera.
What PoE switch or injector does this camera need? The IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 requires IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ (Type 4), which delivers up to 90W. Standard PoE (802.3af, 15.4W) or PoE+ (802.3at, 30W) switches will not provide sufficient power. Use a PoE++ capable switch or injector, or power via the AC/DC 24V input.
Can each lens run a different AI detection function? Yes — this is one of the camera's key differentiators. Each channel can be independently configured with a different Smart Intrusion Prevention event, people counting zone, or motion detection setting, all running simultaneously from the single device.
Can I adjust the zoom of each lens after installation? Yes. The motorised varifocal lens on each sensor can be zoomed and autofocused remotely via the NVR interface, EZStation desktop software or the UNV-Link mobile app — no physical access to the camera is required after mounting.
Is this camera suitable for outdoor installation? Yes. The IP67 rating provides complete protection against dust and sustained water exposure. However, for exposed outdoor installations where the camera body will be directly rained on, we recommend using the compatible junction box and ensuring cable entry points are properly sealed.
What is Wise-ISP? Wise-ISP (Wise Image Signal Processing) is Uniview's advanced per-channel image processing engine. It analyses the scene in real time and applies adaptive noise reduction, motion de-blur, and colour correction — producing consistently sharper and more colour-accurate footage compared to standard ISP processing, particularly in low-light and mixed-light conditions.
Is this camera NDAA compliant? Yes. The IPC8645EA-ADZKM-I1 is NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) compliant, making it suitable for security-sensitive procurement requirements in both government and enterprise contexts.
Which Uniview NVRs are compatible? The camera is natively compatible with all current Uniview Pro and Prime series NVRs that have at least 4 available channels. It is also ONVIF Profile S/G/T/M compliant for use with third-party VMS platforms including Milestone, Genetec, Blue Iris and others.
