Yes. The ACMA permits 6 GHz Low Power Indoor (LPI) WiFi 6E / WiFi 7 operation in Australia. Once you set the AP's country to Australia in UniFi Network, the 5925–6425 MHz band is enabled for indoor use. Outdoor and high-power 6 GHz is not yet permitted in AU.
What PoE injector or switch do I need?
The AP requires 802.3at PoE+ at up to 22 W. To unlock the full 10 GbE uplink you need a 10G PoE+ source — for example a UniFi Pro Max 24 PoE, USW-Pro-Max-16-PoE, or the dedicated Ubiquiti 10G PoE++ Adapter (60 W) accessory. Standard 1 GbE PoE+ switches will power the AP but cap the uplink at 1 Gbps.
How is this different from the U7 Pro and U7 Pro XGS?
