Grandstream GSC3574 White 7-inch IP Intercom & Facility Control Station

Description

GRANDSTREAM · INDOOR INTERCOM & FACILITY CONTROL

A dedicated screen for your building entry

The white Grandstream GSC3574 puts visitor calls and configured facility functions on a 7-inch touchscreen. Use it at reception, in an office or inside a residence to view a compatible door station, speak with visitors and send a configured door-release command. It gives staff or residents a fixed receiving point for an IP entry system.

Built around the way your site works

The Android-based interface supports an intercom deployment with up to six SIP accounts. Full-duplex audio and echo cancellation help conversations at the door. The 1024 × 600 capacitive display provides a dedicated control surface rather than relying on a personal mobile phone being available.

Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 offer flexible connectivity. For a fixed installation, the 10/100Mbps Ethernet port supports IEEE 802.3af PoE, carrying power and network traffic over one suitable cable. Wi-Fi deployments still require a separate compatible DC power source.

The eight alarm inputs and two relay outputs support planned integration with door contacts, buttons and other compatible site devices. Six inputs accept dry contacts; two are voltage-triggered. Verify each connected device’s electrical requirements and the manufacturer’s wiring diagram.

Pair it with a compatible door station

The GSC3574 is the indoor station, with the entrance camera provided by a separate door station. A suitable companion is the Grandstream GDS3727 single-button video door station. Configure call routing, video, audio and door-release permissions together before deployment.

For third-party door stations or an existing Yealink phone system, check the exact models, firmware, codecs and DTMF or API release method. Shared SIP support alone does not establish complete interoperability.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the white or black model?

This listing supplies the white GSC3574. GSC3575 is the related black model. Family videos can show both colours; the ordered model here is GSC3574.

Does it include the outdoor door station?

No. This is the indoor receiving and control station. A door station such as GDS3727, any electric lock, lock supply and network equipment are purchased separately.

Can I use it with Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet?

It supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6, but still requires power. Use a compatible 12V DC supply for a Wi-Fi installation, or suitable IEEE 802.3af PoE when using wired Ethernet. A power adapter is not listed in the standard package.

Can it control an electric lock?

It can send a configured release command to a compatible door station and has two local relay outputs. Match the intended wiring, relay ratings and lock power supply to the installation. Commission the complete entry and exit workflow before use.

Which Android version will it have?

Grandstream documentation spans Android 13 and Android 14 firmware generations. Check the firmware supplied on your unit and the manufacturer’s available updates before relying on a particular app or OS version.

Is meeting-room scheduling ready without a server?

No. Meeting-room functions require a compatible configured meeting-room service and system integration. This listing supplies hardware, not a preconfigured booking service, ongoing subscription or installation.
