Frequently asked questions
What size microSD card can I use?
The current datasheet specifies up to 512 GB. The optional 128 GB and 256 GB surveillance cards are within that limit; format and test the card in the camera.
Are the 50 m IR and 40 m warm-light figures identification distances?
No. They are illumination ratings. Recognisable detail depends on lens setting, exposure, subject size, motion and the scene.
Is black available?
A black model exists, but availability is shown by the colour selector. A sold-out black option cannot be ordered until stock is confirmed.
