Place the TiOC camera at your busiest entry. When WizSense AI detects a person or vehicle it fires a siren, red/blue strobe and a two-way voice warning — most intruders leave before they've taken a step.

3 × Smart Dual-Light — 24/7 Full Colour

The Dual-Light turrets run invisible IR until WizSense classifies a target, then flip to warm white light for full-colour evidence — capturing clothing and vehicle colour that IR-only cameras miss.

8MP 4K · SMD 4.0 AI

3840×2160 on every channel — four times the detail of 1080p. SMD 4.0 classifies people and vehicles and ignores animals, foliage and headlights.

Compact 4-Channel NVR

Power 4 × PoE ports built into the NVR — one Cat6 cable per camera carries power and data, so there are no separate power supplies. Network cabling is not included; Cat6 patch leads are available separately.
Storage 1 SATA bay (HDD up to 10 TB) — not included. Add a surveillance-grade Seagate SkyHawk or WD Purple drive; ~2 TB suits four 8MP cameras for around 2–3 weeks on motion-only.

What's the difference between the TiOC and Dual-Light cameras?
The TiOC camera adds active deterrence — a siren, red/blue strobe and two-way voice warning. The 3 Dual-Light cameras give continuous full-colour coverage. All four are 8MP 4K.
Do all cameras record in colour at night?
Yes — all four use a warm-light illuminator for 24/7 full colour, with a selectable IR-only mode if you prefer discreet black-and-white at night.
Does a hard drive come included?
No — the NVR has one SATA bay (up to 10 TB) but ships without storage. ~2 TB gives roughly 2–3 weeks on motion-only for four 8MP cameras.
Can I add more cameras later?
This kit uses all 4 channels. To expand, step up to an 8-channel NVR — ask our team about an upgrade path.
Is this kit NDAA compliant?
No. Dahua products are not NDAA Section 889 compliant. If you need NDAA-compliant cameras, contact our team about Uniview, Hanwha or Axis options.
