Akuvox 2-Wire Intercom Kit R20A-2/C313W-2
The Akuvox R20A-2/C313W-2 kit combines a dedicated two-wire IP door station and a 7-inch indoor monitor. It is intended for compatible retrofit installations after checking the cable and supplied hardware revision. Confirm the included power supply and SmartPlus service entitlement for the supplied kit before installation.
Wiring: Akuvox 2-Wire IP
R20A-2/C313W-2 uses Akuvox’s dedicated two-wire IP platform. The two conductors carry the platform’s power and network connection; this is not ordinary Ethernet PoE or a four-wire analogue system. Match the exact device revision and approved Akuvox monitor/controller. Published revisions have different supply requirements, so use the rating on the supplied unit and its applicable manual rather than substituting a generic 12 V supply.
Existing cable can be reused only after checking conductor size, cable condition, distance, polarity where applicable and the manufacturer’s wiring diagram. Matching the wire count alone does not establish compatibility. Locks, gate controls and their power requirements must be checked separately.
