An optical line terminal—not a customer ONT
UF-OLT sits at the service side of a GPON fibre distribution network. Compatible customer ONUs/ONTs connect through a correctly designed passive optical network. It is not an ISP-supplied customer fibre modem or a conventional copper PoE switch.
Plan optics and the fibre budget
Confirm compatible OLT modules, customer terminals, splitters, connectors, fibre distances and optical power budget before purchase. The maximum client count is a platform limit, not a guarantee of dedicated bandwidth to every customer. Uplink modules and network capacity also need to suit the design.
Installation requirements
Provide suitable rack space, power, cooling and management access. Follow the official guide for GPON modules, fibre handling, provisioning and firmware. Ask CCTV Guru to check the required optics and supported terminals as part of a complete network quote.

Is this a fibre modem for a single home?
No. It is an optical line terminal for a designed GPON distribution network.
Can I connect ordinary Ethernet devices to its GPON ports?
No. GPON ports need compatible optics and a suitable passive optical network with supported terminals.
Are all optics and terminals included?
Do not assume a complete distribution system is supplied. Confirm the exact package contents and separately required optics, terminals and fibre components before ordering.
