A coordinated camera system

Full-colour cameras capture colour detail using available light and supplemental white lighting where needed.

Plan a separate view for each important entrance or activity area rather than pointing every camera at the same scene. Check each channel after installation and name it by location to make playback easier to navigate.

Power and data together

Built-in PoE+ ports connect compatible cameras with one Ethernet cable each. Total connected load must remain within the recorder power budget.

Check both the per-port power limit and the total PoE budget of the connected equipment. Use suitable Ethernet cabling, label both ends and test every camera before completing the installation.

Room to plan

6 channels remain available after connecting the supplied cameras. Additional cameras must meet bandwidth and PoE limits.

Map the included cameras to recorder channels and document any spare capacity. When expanding later, check camera compatibility, total bandwidth, available power and storage needs together.

Choose suitable mounting locations

Position cameras for the required scene and weatherproof cable joints. Keep the NVR indoors in a ventilated location.
