Does the RUTM30 support both SA and NSA 5G?Yes. It works on both Standalone and Non-Standalone 5G networks, so it stays compatible as carriers evolve their infrastructure.
What happens if 5G coverage drops out?The router automatically falls back to 4G LTE Cat 19 (and 3G), keeping the connection live without manual intervention.
How many SIMs can it use?Two physical Mini SIM (2FF) slots plus an embedded eSIM that stores up to 7 operator profiles, with auto-failover between them.
Can I manage carrier profiles remotely?Yes. eSIM profiles can be enabled, disabled or prioritised via the WebUI, CLI or Teltonika RMS — no site visit needed.
What Wi-Fi does it have?Dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac Wave 2) operating as an access point or client, with roaming, mesh and WPA3 security.
Can it be powered over Ethernet?Yes. It accepts 9–50 VDC and passive PoE-in (Mode B), giving flexible installation options in cabinets and on poles.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?The RUTM30 is rated IP30, so it's designed for indoor or enclosure mounting. For exposed sites, install it in a weatherproof cabinet.
Does it work with private or dynamic-IP SIMs?Yes. With Teltonika RMS and the built-in VPN suite there's no need for a public IP address to reach the device.
What warranty applies in Australia?The RUTM30 carries a 2-year (24-month) warranty, backed by local Australian support.
