25X Optical Zoom
A 4.8–120 mm motorised lens with 25× optical (plus 16× digital) zoom covers car parks, perimeters and large open sites, then pulls in tight enough to read a plate or identify a face far downrange.
Powered by DarkFighter
DarkFighter low-light technology delivers full-colour images at just 0.005 Lux and clear monochrome at 0.001 Lux, with IR up to 100 m for complete darkness — usable detail right through the night.
Fast, Precise PTZ
360° endless pan and −15° to 90° tilt at up to 80°/s, with 300 presets, 8 patrols and 4 patterns, let operators track activity live or run automated patrol routines across the whole scene.
Smart Events & WDR
Line-crossing, intrusion, region entrance/exit and object-removal detection reduce false alarms, while 120 dB true WDR keeps detail visible against bright backlight and glare.
How far can the 25X zoom see?
The 4.8–120 mm lens gives 25× optical zoom (plus 16× digital), narrowing the field of view to about 2.5° at full tele — enough to pick out faces and number plates well across a large car park or perimeter.
What does "Powered by DarkFighter" mean?

How fast and far does it pan and tilt?
360° endless pan and −15° to 90° tilt (with auto-flip), both adjustable up to 80°/s, so operators can follow moving subjects smoothly.
How many presets and patrols does it support?
Up to 300 presets, 8 patrols and 4 patterns, letting you automate patrol routes between key viewpoints around the clock.
What smart detection is built in?
Line crossing, intrusion, region entrance/exit, unattended baggage, object removal and audio-exception detection help cut nuisance alerts from everyday movement.
How is it powered?
Over a single network cable using PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at, Class 4) or by 12 VDC, drawing a maximum of 18 W. Make sure your switch or injector supplies 802.3at.
Does it record to a memory card?
Yes — a microSD/SDHC/SDXC slot takes cards up to 256 GB for edge recording, and it supports NAS plus ANR for gap-free footage if the network drops.
What NVRs and software work with it?
It speaks ONVIF and pairs with HiLook and Hikvision NVRs, plus the Hik-Connect app and iVMS-4200 desktop client.
Is it suitable for harsh outdoor sites?
Yes — IP66 weatherproofing, 4000 V surge protection and a −30 °C to 65 °C operating range suit exposed Australian installations.
How is it mounted?
A wall-mount bracket is included, and optional ceiling, pendant, pole and corner mounts are available for the speed-dome housing.
