Hybrid illumination (IR + white light) reaches up to ~40 m with smart supplement-light control, and excellent low-light sensitivity to 0.0003 lux keeps plates and faces readable after dark. Running on Hikvision's HEOP 2.0 open platform with 1.5 TOPS of on-board AI, it delivers licence-plate recognition (ANPR), human/vehicle detection and smart-event metadata.
