Hikvision DS-KIS702-P Gen 2 Two-Wire Video Intercom Kit with 2MP Door Station & 7" Monitor
The Hikvision DS-KIS702-P is a Gen 2 two-wire digital IP video intercom kit for Australian villas and houses, finished in black with a clean 1-to-1 surface-mount design. Two-wire cabling carries power and data on a single pair, making it a practical choice for both new installs and retrofits where running network cable isn't ideal.
Wiring: 2-Wire IP
DS-KIS702-P belongs to Hikvision’s two-wire IP intercom platform. Match the exact door station, monitor and distributor generation; the Y-series and earlier products must not be mixed on wire count alone. Do not treat the two-wire terminals as a standard Ethernet PoE connection.
Existing cable can be reused only after checking conductor size, cable condition, distance, polarity where applicable and the manufacturer’s wiring diagram. Matching the wire count alone does not establish compatibility. Locks, gate controls and their power requirements must be checked separately.
The bundle combines the modular DS-KD8003-IME2 door station, the DS-KH6320-WTE2 7" indoor monitor, a DS-KAD704 distributor and a matched power supply power adaptor, with a 16GB card included. Answer visitors from the touchscreen or Hik-Connect app, view the entrance live, and release a compatible lock or gate from the door station.

Frequently asked questions
Which wiring system does this product use?DS-KIS702-P belongs to Hikvision’s two-wire IP intercom platform. Match the exact door station, monitor and distributor generation; the Y-series and earlier products must not be mixed on wire count alone. Do not treat the two-wire terminals as a standard Ethernet PoE connection.
Can I reuse my existing intercom cable?Existing cable can be reused only after checking conductor size, cable condition, distance, polarity where applicable and the manufacturer’s wiring diagram. Matching the wire count alone does not establish compatibility. Locks, gate controls and their power requirements must be checked separately.
Is this a two-wire kit?Yes. The DS-KIS702-P runs power and data over a single two-wire pair, making it well suited to retrofits.
Can I answer the door from my phone?Yes. With Hik-Connect you can view callers, talk and unlock remotely when the system is configured correctly.
What's the difference between the DS-KIS702-P and DS-KIS702Y-P?Both are two-wire bundles with the KD8003 door station and KH6320 monitor. The 702Y-P uses the newer Y-Series variants and a KAD704Y distributor; this 702 uses the KAD704 distributor and KAW30-2N adaptor.
Can it unlock a gate or strike?Yes. The door station provides lock relay control. Final compatibility depends on your strike, mag lock or gate controller and wiring.
Does it include power and storage?Yes. A distributor, the matched power supply power adaptor and a 16GB microSD card are included.
Is installation included? No. This is a hardware kit. We recommend installation by a licensed security technician.
