With compatible internet, Hik-Connect and system configuration, supported calls and entry functions can be extended to a mobile device.
Correct mounting hardware included
The DS-KD-ACW1 single-module surface box is already matched to the main door station, so there is no separate mounting-box purchase for a standard surface installation.
Before you order
- This is a surface-mount kit. The included DS-KD-ACW1 box is not pictured in the main bundle image.
- Electric locks or strikes, lock power supplies, exit buttons, door contacts, network cabling and installation are not included.
- The PoE switch is included, but internet/router access and mobile-app configuration depend on the site network.
- Lock type, fail-safe or fail-secure operation, power requirements and door hardware should be confirmed before installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for reliable PoE, lock, network and weather-sealing performance.

Is the mounting box included?
Yes. The DS-KD-ACW1 single-module surface-mount box is included. It is deliberately not shown in the main product image so the three active devices remain easy to recognise.
Does the kit include an electric lock?
No. Electric strikes, magnetic locks, gate interfaces and their suitable power supplies must be selected for the door and desired fail-safe or fail-secure operation.
Is the PoE switch included?
Yes. The supplied DS-3E1105P-EI has four PoE ports, one uplink port and a total PoE budget of up to 60 W.
Can I answer visitors from my phone?
Supported remote calling and entry features can be used through Hik-Connect after the intercom has compatible internet access and has been correctly commissioned and linked to the app.
Does the indoor monitor support Wi-Fi?
Yes. The DS-KH9570-WTE1 supports Wi-Fi 6, although wired PoE is generally preferred where practical for dependable power and networking.
Can the kit control two doors?
The DS-KD8005-IME1 provides two lock relays. Actual two-door or door-and-gate operation depends on suitable locks, power, wiring and system configuration.
Is installation included?
No. This is a hardware bundle. Cabling, lock hardware, commissioning and labour are not included unless separately quoted.
