Does Eve Aqua work with Android or Google Home?
No. Eve Aqua (Thread generation) is built for Apple HomeKit and is controlled through the Apple Home or Eve app on an iPhone or iPad. It is not compatible with Android, Google Home or Amazon Alexa.
Will Eve Aqua fit my outdoor tap?

Do I need Wi-Fi, a bridge or internet in the garden?
No. Schedules are stored on the device, so Eve Aqua waters autonomously with no bridge, gateway or Wi-Fi. A home hub (HomePod mini or Apple TV 4K) is only needed for remote access and automations while you are away.
Is it weatherproof for outdoor use?
Yes. Eve Aqua is rated IPX4 water resistant with UV protection and operates from 4 to 50 °C, so it is designed to live outdoors on your garden tap or terrace year round.
How is it powered?
Two replaceable AA batteries (included). There is no mains cable, so you can mount it anywhere on your tap.
Can I see how much water my garden uses?
Yes. The Eve app continuously calculates watering amounts, and the built-in auto shut-off ends manual watering after a time you set once, preventing waste and flooding.
