Frequently asked questions
Can I power this PTZ from an ordinary PoE port?
Use an IEEE 802.3at PoE+ port with enough available power or the specified 24 V DC supply. Do not assume every NVR PoE port is suitable.
Does it have a built-in microphone?
The datasheet specifies audio input and output connections, not a built-in microphone. External audio equipment may be required.
