Dahua · IP Security Cameras4MP WizMind X Motorised AI Bullet Camera
DH-IPC-HFW7442H-Z-X — Specify advanced scene analysis alongside a high-frame-rate 4MP image. This WizMind X bullet pairs a 1/1.8-inch sensor with a 2.7–12 mm motorised lens, 140 dB WDR and infrared illumination rated to 60 m for demanding commercial surveillance projects.
Key features
High-frame-rate 4MP
Up to 50/60 fps provides more frames for suitable high-motion scenes.
Motorised P-iris lens
Adjust the viewing area remotely with a 2.7–12 mm optical range.
WizMind X analysis
Plan specialised detection tasks around the required scene and supported smart plan.
140 dB WDR
Helps manage scenes with strong brightness differences, supported by careful exposure setup.
Applications & installation
Designed for planned installations requiring functions such as metadata, ANPR, face recognition, PPE detection or people counting. These are configuration-dependent capabilities, not a promise that every function will work simultaneously or at every distance. ANPR in particular requires suitable positioning, lighting and tuning.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a basic 802.3af PoE port?
Specify an IEEE 802.3at PoE+ supply and check the full power budget. The camera also supports the stated DC/AC power options.
Is number-plate recognition automatic at any installation angle?
No. Lens position, plate size, approach angle, shutter speed, lighting and firmware configuration all affect ANPR performance.
