Choose a desk phone or DECT setup for your phone system. Confirm provisioning, base-station compatibility and power requirements.

Personal audio

Compare USB and Bluetooth headsets for connection type, wearing style, microphone needs and the exact Teams or UC variant.

Meeting rooms

Decide between a dedicated Teams/Zoom room and laptop-led BYOD. The platform, controller and connection requirements differ.

Current Yealink model advice.

Planning a new room or refreshing your phones?

Our Yealink range is currently available by enquiry. Tell us your meeting platform, room size, existing equipment and quantities so we can confirm suitable current models, pricing and supply.

Make the right trade-offs.

Dedicated room system

A supported Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms system provides shared room controls. Confirm the platform edition, licensing and supported firmware.

BYOD room

Users bring a laptop and connect to compatible room cameras and audio. Check the full USB, HDMI or supported wireless connection path.

Small room or boardroom?

Choose for viewing distance, seating layout and microphone coverage. Larger rooms may require separate cameras and expansion audio.

Before you order.

Platform & phone system

Confirm Teams, Zoom, SIP or other required services with your IT team. Product families and variants are not interchangeable.

Included hardware

Check the exact package: controller, base station, microphones, power supplies and cables may be separate.

Sharing vs conferencing

Wireless screen sharing does not automatically provide laptop access to the room’s camera and microphones.

Deployment & support

Allow for network configuration, software updates and a test call in the actual room.
