What does the Intercom Viewer work with?
It pairs with the UniFi Access Intercom and Reader Pro to bring live video, two-way audio, and remote unlock into interior spaces. The Intercom, Reader Pro, and Access Hub are sold separately.
How is the Intercom Viewer powered?
It is powered entirely over PoE (44–57 V DC), so a single Ethernet cable carries both power and data with a max draw of 5 W. Cat 5e is the minimum recommended cabling.
Can it be used outdoors?
No. The Intercom Viewer is rated for indoor use only, with an operating range of 0°C to 40°C. Mount it at interior reception, lobby, or security-station locations.
Is it available in a multi-pack?
Yes. Choose a single unit (UA-Intercom-Viewer) or the value-packed 3-Pack (UA-Intercom-Viewer-3) for covering several interior screening points.
Is the Intercom Viewer NDAA compliant?
