The Hikvision DS-PDD12P-EG2-WB is a wireless dual-technology detector for the AX PRO intrusion system. It combines a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor with a 24GHz microwave sensor, and both must trigger together before an alarm is raised — delivering excellent false-alarm immunity in tricky indoor environments.
This makes it ideal for rooms with large windows, air-conditioning vents or heaters, where heat changes can fool a standard PIR-only sensor.
