Very disappointed with the product ...... unfortunately. The hardware linstallation ( UNV Easystar camera's, cabling, monitor etc.) is easy and the HDD was pre-installed in the recorder. The disappointment came thereafter. Too many links for all different manuals and instructions to go through to find the correct one and in the end find out that the available apps are all only Android based. No matter how long and where ever I searched on the internet about the products compatibility with windows, the result is the same and thus not compatible with Windows. I can check the camera's away from home through my Android phone but it makes it all much more complicated to setup the security on my ethernet home network. Also maybe a link for a short version manual with just the bare necessities would make it a bit easier to start the whole installation before digging in deeper to explore all the capabilities of the program.

Conclusion: the total UNV product of camera's with recorder to me could have been 3.5 to 4 stars but the mentioned issues above brought it back to 2 stars hence my "Disappointment".
